The Department of Neurodiagnostics provides consultation and care related to the identification, assessment and management of neurological disorders for adults and children. Our neurodiagnostics department is comprised of two care centers: Neurodiagnostic Services (EEG) and the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).

Currently our Epilepsy Center is a level III and will qualify for level IV after our next surgery. We have applied for membership of the National Association of Epilepsy Centers. We have 12 neurologists on staff that provide care in a variety of specialities related to epilepsy.

Neurodiagnostic services include:

  • TCD (transcranial doppler)
  • EEG
  • Ambulatory EEG
  • Long-term video monitoring EEG
  • Nerve conduction/EMG
  • Evoked potential studies
  • Intra-operative Monitoring (IOM)
  • Autonomic testing
