Application Review Process

  1. The GHS Careers Employment website allows applicants to follow the status of your application on-line 24/7.
  2. The hiring manager reviews all applicants who meet the minimum qualifications for the position.
  3. The hiring manager selects and conducts a phone interview with those applicants who seem to be most qualified.
  4. Please do not attempt to call a Hiring Manager.
  5. Hiring manager selects the top candidates from those who were phone interviewed and schedules onsite interviews.
  6. If you are not selected for a phone or on-site interview, please feel free to reapply for other positions that match your qualifications.
